Lets cook with Lyrical!

Well,since I am engaged,sometimes I think it would be nice to treat him to a nice cooked meal. I've never really been one to be busy in the kitchen, but how hard can it be? Really? I mean, people cook all the time. So, I decided was going to cook my fiance something. So first I looked and looked for a recipe book, until I found one packed away in some box shoved in the storage room.

The first thing I did, was read the recipe over, and over. Now is not the time to make a mistake! It seemed easy enough, as I read through the instructions. I made note of what to turn the stove too, when to put in what, and when to stir. It looked easy! This cooking thing is a peice of cake!

What to wear?

So this prop by Gliterati is free! How cool is that?! I just had to get it, and just had to blog it, and I took photos  of Lyrical in her underwear! Because whats better than posing in front of a wardrobe, than doing it in your underwear?! Besides, doesn't Lyrical look adorable in her undies? This one was a no brainer. I wanted to showcase the wardrobe, and so I kept it simple today. The lingerie is the Adelaide Knickers by Whippet and Buck, offered exclusively at this rotations Collabor88 (May). The hair is the adorable .ploom offered in the Mesh Around Hunt.

One thing I love....

One thing I love, is the ability to sit back and just enjoy good music. I often find myself alone in Second Life, and that suits me just fine. With the time zone different for my hunny, I'm often left to my own devices. I'm good at entertaining myself. One of the things I love to do is set our stream on a favorite club stream, and just dance, dance, dance. Or sit on my rocking chair, and listen to the music.

It's officially summer!

And Lyrical celebrates it in the right way. She puts on her adorable new bikini, covers it with a cute cover up, accentuates with her adorable sunhat, and slid her feet into a cute pair of a sandals. Then she makes her way to the beach. Memorial day is the start of summer, where the pools open, and people spend weekends at the beach. Schools out for summer for most. For those of us in America, Memorial Day is a holiday to celebrate and remember those who have fought in our Armed Forces.

So, I guess going around 99% of the time barefoot makes me bohemian? I can live with that. Oh, oh, oh. By the way. This dress is too cute, this hair is too cute,oh gosh! The dress is a group gift from a new-to-me store,Jane. It comes in 3 colors, and it is mesh. Oh, I loves mesh! And it matches my hair scarf. I'm in looooooove!

Firefly Garden

I love my firefly garden I have. It's soo sweet and pretty, and romantic. And oh em gee, just look at those lovely eyes! Damien Fate did a wonderful job on 'em, and these are my everyday eyes. Just love, love, love that green!

Beachin'

First things first; there is this lovely, adorable hair by Exile, availiable ONLY at Culture Shock. It's a high side pony tail,with thick asymmetrically cut bangs. The bands on the pony are color changed. It's just so. sooo. cute! I saw it on Willis's blog. 

Lazy Day

Mmm.... Yeah. Right. I had about enough time to log in, snap this photo, do a little jazzing up, and then sneaked some time to write up this blog. I do my own laundry, I'm a big girl. It's easy enough to put some quarters in the machine, load it,press a button. But the laundry of the others living in this house has been piling up, and up, and up. Including towels (mine gets tossed with my clothes, but still). So.... It's like you toss on the worst things in your closet because they're so bad you won't wear 'em any other time laundry day. Ri-dic-u-lous.

Moving!

Up till yesterday, my fiance and I kept separate places. I had rezzing rights at his place, and he had rezzing rights at my place, and it pretty much worked for us. I used my place for photos and stuff. But I still had control of decorating his place. Because, I'm cool like that! So can you imagine his surprise when I showed up on his doorstep with a suitcase and moving boxes!
