Oh my gosh! Ya'll get treated to two blog posts in one day. Lucky! So apparently late last night or early today, Pink Fuel released Kumi. For those who are Pink Fuel fans, you've probably been waiting anxiously for this lovely lady. Well, she's here!

Dance Like Noone's Watching

Totally enjoying the married life here. Maybe I'll get over my spell of laziness, since at least my hunny likes my blog. Or maybe it's just that gives him a hour or so without me nagging him? Well, he reads it at least.

So, I've totally had my eye on these boots since they came out. I liked them so much, I bought them in two colors. I don't usually go for shoes, mostly wander around barefoot. But these were one of those, "I like them, I want them, I HAVE to have them" kinda buys. As I do enjoy dressing for the changing of the seasons, I can see me wearing them a lot.

Fictional Characters Challenge-- Artemis

I decided to do Harper Ganesvoort's fictional character challenge. I chose Artemis, the Greek goddess of the hunt, from Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark-Hunter novels. I love how Sherri portrays the goddess in a very human light. Artemis is not a good character in the books, she's selfish and cruel, especially to Acheron. She loves him, but the feelings scare her, and so she abuses him. She created the Dark-Hunters to tie Acheron to her for all eternity.

Quite proud and vain, Artemis is known for her red hair and green eyes.

Light the Way through the Forest

Okay, first things, sooooo sorry. I know I haven't been posting as often as usual. I joined a contest in real to write a 50k word length novel in 30 days. Between writing every day, and spending time with fiance, who has been remarkably patient with me when I go "I need write!", it's just been very hard to make the time to do styled blog posts. So, I'm sooooo sorry.I should be back to my everyday posting shortly. Hopefully!

Lets cook with Lyrical!

Well,since I am engaged,sometimes I think it would be nice to treat him to a nice cooked meal. I've never really been one to be busy in the kitchen, but how hard can it be? Really? I mean, people cook all the time. So, I decided was going to cook my fiance something. So first I looked and looked for a recipe book, until I found one packed away in some box shoved in the storage room.

The first thing I did, was read the recipe over, and over. Now is not the time to make a mistake! It seemed easy enough, as I read through the instructions. I made note of what to turn the stove too, when to put in what, and when to stir. It looked easy! This cooking thing is a peice of cake!

The Bustle

Sometimes I miss the days of being in school, of getting out. I miss feeling like I've accomplished something. I wanted to try my hand at a bit of photoshopping, so here we are. When I put this outfit on, it really reminded me of the days in college. Some days, I really miss it. Some days, I don't. I don't miss the sheer petty drama, but I miss the feeling that I am working towards some goal.

What to wear?

So this prop by Gliterati is free! How cool is that?! I just had to get it, and just had to blog it, and I took photos  of Lyrical in her underwear! Because whats better than posing in front of a wardrobe, than doing it in your underwear?! Besides, doesn't Lyrical look adorable in her undies? This one was a no brainer. I wanted to showcase the wardrobe, and so I kept it simple today. The lingerie is the Adelaide Knickers by Whippet and Buck, offered exclusively at this rotations Collabor88 (May). The hair is the adorable .ploom offered in the Mesh Around Hunt.

What is Average?

What is average? With all the customizable shapes availiable to you in Second Life, it's hard to look like the next person over. It allows you to be whoever you want to be. You can be the slim, slender super model you've always wanted. Or you can be that lucious curvacious beauty you secretly love! However I've noticed a trend in Second Life shapes, very, very tall, very few curves. Me, I love curves. In my honest opinion, women were made to have curves. Recently I came upon this "show me your numbers" and I thought it was a good idea. I'll show you my numbers, promise but first.... my outfit! Isn't soooo sexy? I'm wearing the Ingenue Lottie Bustier in Cherries Jubilee from the Mesh Around Hunt. I've paired it with the Ingenue Adela skirt in Noir from this round's of Collabor88. A few more days of May's Collabor88! I chose to pair the whole outfit with the Gos Desire boots in pink, again another gift from Mesh Around. Ego Co. has really out done there selves with this hunt. The Anais hair is just gorgeous. Wasabi Pills does the best mesh hair in my opinion.

Meet Me in the Secret Garden

So I had written up this post on Hime Gyaru, a Japanese street fashion, but then I thought screw it. I figured I'd let the photos speak for themselves. Kinda. Hime Gyaru litterally translates to Princess Gal. The whole gist of the fashion, if you will, is living like a princess. It's a very feminine style. Unlike Lolita (which I've mentioned before) hime gyaru doesn't have as many strict guidelines, so it was very easy to do this look. And doesn't Lyrical look adorable?

It's officially summer!

And Lyrical celebrates it in the right way. She puts on her adorable new bikini, covers it with a cute cover up, accentuates with her adorable sunhat, and slid her feet into a cute pair of a sandals. Then she makes her way to the beach. Memorial day is the start of summer, where the pools open, and people spend weekends at the beach. Schools out for summer for most. For those of us in America, Memorial Day is a holiday to celebrate and remember those who have fought in our Armed Forces.

The dress is a group gift from a new-to-me store,Jane. It comes in 3 colors, and it is mesh. Oh, I loves mesh! And it matches my hair scarf. I'm in looooooove!

In her totally adorable Viewing Party Walolita Kimono. I mean, how cute is it? It's got flowers! And butterflies! Lyrical has always wanted to visit Japan, so she hoped on a TP and to Japan she went. Actually it was Edo-era themed Japan, so maybe her kimono was a tad inappropriate?

Hairbrush Diva

Oh, yeah. We all do it. Don't pretend you don't. We all snatch up that hairbrush, and belt into it at the top of our lungs, pretending we're some awesome diva. Can't you just hear the crowd roar? Maybe they're begging me to shut up. Who knows? Who cares? Do you? Not me! So this is another Bitch Tail blog because, this is my main "I'm at home, and I'm lazy" outfit. What better to dance and sing into a hairbrush in, than your lazy outfit? Remember the couples post? I mentioned all Bitch Tail outfits are 98 Lindens. Oh yeah. Ninety-eight Lindens. Full outfits too! Oh. My. God! Can't beat that at all. I had way too much fun with this one. I got Lyrical dancing, and started taking snap-shots. I didn't realize it, but I had 31 raw photos to go through. Eeep! They're all good, so I picked the best.

So he's been begging,and pleading for me to make more mention of him in the blog, so turn about is fair. He's still doing his victory dance. Anyway; this is the new 100% mesh outfit for men and women by Bitch Tail. Good thing about Bitch Tail is all of Tiff's outfits (excluding the fat packs) are 98 Lindens. And they are usually full outfits (shoes included). I would give his credits too, but he doesn't know them.o.O But he's wearing the men's version of the outfit.

Firefly Garden

I love my firefly garden I have. It's soo sweet and pretty, and romantic. And oh em gee, just look at those lovely eyes! Damien Fate did a wonderful job on 'em, and these are my everyday eyes. Just love, love, love that green!

Darling Little House

I've had my eye on this house ever since I discovered Funky*Junk. It's a darling little house, with a living room, spacious kitchen, large bedroom,with a little loft and small room off of the bedroom(perfect for a bathroom). It's got a wrap around porch! Perfect country-side house. I've had my heart set on a country cottage admist rolling hills and wildflowers,and I'm this much closer to that! I haven't yet had a chance to do much landscaping (hey, I just moved in yesterday!) but I've been a busy girl decorating the inside. I don't want to bog down with a whole lot of pictures, so I'll just post a few.

I have some of the best friends in SecondLife. One of them is the owner of Africa. And I got a private tour! How cool is that? The sim itself is gorgeous. Just, absolutely gorgeous. Miss Erin spent a lot of time creating the savannahs, with the tall, tall grass that I totally got lost in!
